Ms. Stella - House Construction in KK Nagar
Located in the well-established locality of KK Nagar, this premium G+3 residence with open terrace was designed for Ms. Stella on a 900 sq.ft. plot, achieving an impressive total built-up area of 3,568 sq.ft. The structure features 892 sq.ft. on each floor – from the ground floor up to the third floor – along with a 164 sq.ft. headroom on the terrace. This vertical home was designed to accommodate multi-generational living while optimizing light, ventilation, and strength.
Each floor was carefully planned to ensure clarity, circulation, and maximum usable area. The 2D floor plans define the placement of living, dining, bedrooms, staircases, and wet areas while complying with vastu and lifestyle preferences. These plans laid the foundation for all subsequent drawings and on-site work.
The working drawings include precise detailing for walls, openings, sections, and alignment across all floors. These drawings were crucial for site execution and helped construction teams align with the design without ambiguity, reducing rework and delays.
The centreline drawing defined the accurate grid layout of the entire building footprint. This helped masons and engineers align structural components precisely with the plot boundaries and ensured symmetrical and straight construction from foundation onward.
The plinth beam drawing provided the necessary reinforcement and layout details for the ground-level beam network, ensuring a strong and level base for vertical construction. It played a vital role in soil load distribution and setting the height benchmark for all further works.
Each slab and beam detail across the G+3 floors was planned with structural strength and load distribution in mind. These drawings provided clarity on steel reinforcement, beam sizes, and spacing – giving confidence that the structure is earthquake-safe and long-lasting.
